Have taken a policy from policy bazaar which was sold to me in the name of SiP but later on after payment came to know that the policy is a life insurance. Cancelled the same a month back and tried several times asking help from the customer service by calling as well as mails but got no solution.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
