On May *th, ****, I booked a trip through RedBus with a scheduled departure at *:** AM. However, the bus was set to leave on May *th, ****, at *:** AM. I traveled from Guntur to Vijayawada to catch the bus, but the bus driver did not inform us about any delays. Later, I was told the bus would be delayed by * hours. This caused significant inconvenience since I needed to reach Vishakhapatnam urgently to attend a funeral. Despite the delay, RedBus is refusing to provide a refund for the inconvenience caused.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
