I had booked flight tickets through Makemytrip portal.
Due to COVID-** flights has been canceled. On this critical condition i don not want to travel any where. I tried a lot to cancel my booking online but Makemytrip not providing customer care support on phonecall. Instead they said to fill & submit webform. I did the same but they have not refunded my money & said to contact to Airline but Airlines told me to get refund from Makemytrip only as i had paid booking amount through Makemytrip. Now have been requesting Makemytrip to refund my money but they are not doing the same & again telling me to contact Airlines. They have provided Voucher for one booking which i do not needed. Hence i request your team to help me to get my money back total Rs.*****(****+****) as soon as possible.
