We booked flight Turkish Airlines from MakeMyTrip for travel dates March **, **** and return on June **, ****. The return flight got cancelled due to covid and we had to work on rescheduling it a number of times till October and finally Turkish Airlines agreed to give full refund. During all this traumatic time MakeMyTrip as an agent was no where to help. As of date have followed up MMT a million times after confirming with Turkish Airlines the amount has already been refunded by them as of October **, ****. MMT is holding the amount for all this months and haven't refunded yet. Along with this we had also booked a domestic flight for Mumbai to Goa and return on March **, **** before the lockdown due to covid. The amount for tickets booked with AirAsia for Goa to Mumbai was refunded however GoAir and MMT are denying the refund for Mumbai to Goa flight was scheduled for April **, **** and was cancelled by the airlines due to Covid. We have informed them that we reside out of India and keeping the PNR open till March **** is not an option and we requested complete but yet to receive the amount. Above all this issue and absolute no help from MMT they are considering deducting convenience fee and promo fee from the refunded amount which is absolutely absurd with the kind of pathethic service rendered by them.
