Had taken Byjus course of *.** Lac for ** to **th standard for daughter ,i.e * years course
course was purchased on ** Dec ****.
Post seeing the same for **th stdandard , the misleading assurances given during sales of course were not adhered -
So did not want to take risk and asked them to cancel in Sept **** when **th had just started.
Had sent mails but only verbal assurances recveived , no refund of money.
EMi is being deucted from my credit card for Byjus payment done in lumpsum
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
