Fabhotels - Refund for Booking ID

Hi Team,

I’ve contacted and spoken to multiple executives multiple times and still have not had the refund processed. I’ve provided all the supporting documents to an executive for the refund, yet no refund processed for more than * months now.

We have made a reservation on the Fab hotel App for Fab Hotel Amber palace , Mumbai for **th Nov. An advance payment for reservation was made for Rs.****.

On the day of checkin, the hotel said they aren’t tied up with Fab hotels and asked us to pay **** for the same room. They did not acknowledge or accept the booking made with Fab hotel. We tried contacting the customer care but the call did not get connected. Hence, we made the payment directly to the hotel and checked in.

We escalated the issue on the next day and since then have been following up for the refund and haven’t received it.
