Fabhotel give fake promises and this fabhotel cheated me lot of time. I will tell you in date by date. Firstly I'm booking fabhotel Joe grand on **/**/**** * room * guest check in **/**/**** and check out **/**/**** paid by card **** Rs [ booking id OCNP*M] . This hotel not good because water heater is not working and air conditioniner not cooling or not working but they promised you get ***% good experience so I contacted them but very very bad customer support because they replied me after long but they not refunded my money they told me we can take feedback and your future stays not happen again so that's believe I booking my next stay fabhotel metro manor check in ** July **** and check out ** July **** * rooms for * guests paid ****[ booking id PTESSV] +****[ booking id EMDXOS ] . But very very disappointed again and very bad experience. They website room photos good but when we checkin but rooms very worst maintains and bed sheets and pillow cover yellow wise. SO very shocked so I told immediately hotel manager but after * hour they changed pillow covers and bed sheets but changed bed covers not washed because I get allergy because of the non washed covers. Bathroom water not force and not available hot water and bathroom not clean. importantly my phone is missing in room so very shocked. I stayed many hotels but not theft phones but this hotel how theft my phone?. So I contacted fabhotel customer care but they again told me we can't refund my money. Another *rd booking fabhotel santhome inn checkin **/**/**** and checkout on **/**/**** paid **** [ booking id GYSCYZ ] but room was not clean and bad small in pillow cover and bathroom is bad small and ventilation fan not working and not available hot water I multiple times told this same to receptionist but careless . Bathroom very very worst. They cheated my total * bookings so I escalate this same to fabhotel Facebook page but they blocked me. Fabhotel not give freedom to customers and cheating customers
