The rooms shown online were neat, tidy and beautiful whereas when we got to the hotel, it was in a very shady lane. Completely unprofessional staff, untidy rooms and third class service. We did not have a pleasant stay at all.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
