Despite a valid prepaid booking, I was unable to locate the hotel due to incorrect Google Maps location and a wrong map link shared by FabHotels’ representative Sunny. Calls to the “reception” number went unanswered despite multiple attempts; the other number provided belonged to someone who denied being hotel staff. I repeatedly requested accurate directions or for someone to assist/pick me up, no support was provided. After being taken in circles, I was forced to arrange alternate accommodation at my own cost. FabHotels later refused a refund, ignoring the service failure.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
