Fabhotels - FabHotels not refunding money

Hello,
I had two reservations at FabHotel Greenwood Xpress, Kodihalli, Bangalore with the following booking IDs: EHFFPI and *I*H*O. The booking amounts were Rs **,*** and Rs *,*** respectively.
As per the hotel’s cancellation policy, the booking amount is not refunded only in case of a no-show. However, I cancelled both bookings early in the morning on the day of check-in (February **), which means it does not fall under the no-show category. The cancellation charges have already been deducted from the booking amounts.
