Makemytrip Booking ID NF************** for flight SBUFFA G**** , date of booking *th February **. The GOAIR refunded a sum of Rs **** to Makemytrip but they have not refunded the same to me. The excuse is "Considering the original transaction is more than * months, the payment gateway is unable to initiate the refund to the original mode of payment. Asked us to click on a link for entering the bank details, when we click on it a screen appears" Oops! Something went wrong" Please advise them to refund the amount.
