Makemytrip.com - Refund due to corona virus

I'm trying to contact MakeMyTrip since past *-* days but no one is taking calls or connecting through chat.
We wish to cancel our flights due to pandemic Corona Virus,
Police it's self has banned domestic group traveling and all but still these guys (MakeMyTrip) are not showing any concern at all.
I understand the policy and all but This is not a personal problem it's a national threat where even if we want we cannot travel.
Please help and support. Since ***** is not a small amount.
