It is on ** august **** someone got accessed my amazon id and somehow by false offers made me purchase gift card of Rs.***** on my account.As soon as i got to know that it’s a fruadent practice i mailed to Amazon@investigate , in response to it they clean up my account and cancelled all the recent orders including the giftcard I mentioned also..
So my issue is with the refund which got cancelled on my request but I didn’t receive any refund till now i have mailed them several times ,* months i have been wasted for it with call mail even with twitter i tried every possible means but everytime they ask for more * days and i am middle class person this amount is much for me whenever i feel in need of money amazon case clicked my mind first..after trying everything i came here
