Pharmeasy - Refund denied

I have ordered one DR MOREPEN BG ** * METER + ** STRIPS on **st December and get it delivered on *th January. After opening the package I found that the glucometer is missing from the package and I immediately raised a complaint through the customer executive of Pharmeasy site. They placed a return request and I returned the package as it is. After receiving the same now they should refund my money. But they denied stating the package I returned is of wrong batch. After several attempts of talking and mailing also they refused to help me any further or refund my money.
