I tried to book flight tickets using EaseMyTrip. As per them the amount was not credited because of payment gateway issue and was agreed to refund the amount in *-* days starting from *th Oct ****. Till date there has been no proper response and they are keeping on delaying.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
