I had booked air tickets for Japan Olympics (ANA) which were cancelled a month back & the refund amount of INR ***** was to be credited back by Make My trip to the credit card through which tickets were booked. It was an option that was provided and selected when cancelling. However surprisingly, the refund has now been made in the Make My Trip wallet which means the amount can only be utilised for future booking on Make My Trip. This blocks my money for an indefinite period and at the same time is against what was committed during cancellation. The Airline ANA has certainly refunded in Cash which MMT is utilising for its working capital . I will also be writing to ANA to get a clarification
