I've Respected Concerned,
I am writing to formally escalate unresolved issues with my Hyundai Venue S *.* MT Petrol (**** Model, Phantom Black, Registration No: AS**FJ****), registered on **th November **** at AS **-KAMRUP, Guwahati, Assam. Critical problems persist, severely impacting safety, functionality, and ownership experience.
Key Issues Faced:
*. Android Auto Connectivity: Persistent failure to connect since purchase. If connected, the screen shows a dialed phone call for no reason.
*. Headlight Beam Intensity: Inadequate illumination, posing safety risks during night driving.
*. Excessive Noise: Loud door, window, and body noises even on smooth roads.
*. Gearbox Issues: Rough gear shifts and inconsistent performance. Non uniform vibration of the car.
*. Corrosion: Visible rusting on body parts, unusual for a *.*-year-old vehicle.
*. Sensor Malfunctions: Frequent false alerts (e.g., parking sensors, tire pressure).
*. Ignition/Starting Problems: Intermittent failure to start, requiring multiple attempts frequently.
And the car shuts off frequently while driving which causes safety concerns while on the traffic. It happened earlier when I had to call Road Side Assistance and Local police to help the car to get into a side of the road . I had to call Hyundai RSA for help when extreme necessity arose. The car trunk fails to open most of the times while on starting mode And a lot more......
While I drive my venue car it feels like a bullock cart.
Service History: Accidental repair at Meghna Hyundai Chirang during Dec/**- Jan/**.
The vehicle has been inspected multiple times at Meghna Hyundai Simlaguri , Barpeta, but the issues remain unresolved. While I appreciate their efforts, the recurring problems indicate a deeper mechanical/technical/manufacturing flaw.
The company just want to walk out by saying " we will do help in service of cars during warranty period " .
I didn't buy the vehicle to run after dealership every alternate day. I want a replacement and a compensation.
I request consumer forum to intervene.
