I bought a Hyundai Santro Sportz model on **-**-**** with a bad experience on day one from Lamba Hyundai Malviya Nagar New Delhi.
When I was visiting Lamba Showroom to inquire about a Santro car and found no one paying attention or important to Undersigned. I stood and moved around the showroom floor and saw the car and left the showroom after ** minutes. Till time not a single customer service person or sales person attended to Undersigned. After that I called someone and told him the complete matter. He forwarded my mobile number to the Sales Head (Mr Amit Verma). Mr Amit called me and said sorry for the convincing of buying a car. Finally, I booked the car the same day and deposited the booking amount also. Before booking Santro I had booked a Maruti Baleno and cancelled my booking from Maruti with a sad mood because I trust Mr Amit with his team.
After booking on the **th November ****, they have started to hurry to complete their month end sales and my problem is starting. Within one day they had done all the formalities (Loan, RTO and everything) and raised the sales invoice **th November ****.
**th November **** I took a call to Mr Bhishm (Sales Executive) to change the plan and purchase the CNG version but again he was convinced and went through with the Petrol version because my daily driving is below ** KM or Zero and not good for CNG.
After three-month *st service came and they picked my car and did the first service and returned to me with a huge problem (Given complementary issues by Lamba Hyundai which suffer every day, week and month).
Now Problem is started after one month of service vehicle completely non-working or dead condition (Key not working, Battery completely down, pick up not up to mark till date, Filling petrol tank cover not open properly, remote key lock not working (minimum working day limit is * to * days then dead) and many more). When I told Service person they were trying to go to the globe.
One my car front had touched on the wall and told the Lamba Service centre they are completely changed with covered Insurance which is not required because it is small issues but they had done. When I went to pick up my car after solving my issue, they were throwing one person to another person and not trying to sort out my problem.
At The same time, I sought all concerned people with seniors then they are listened to and resolved by One GM Body works and Customer Service head. But Workshop Head Mr Vikram is not attending properly and trying to ignore me and the case. Which is not good for the workshop head.
All the problems continued with me till date after completing the second service with *nd, *rd and *th problems.
My *nd service was completed last month **th November ****. Before the second service I had told the Service person what problems I faced (Pick up, Key lock, remote lock, Vehicle nosing with one of my friends).
All problems are shared to the Service person every time but not sorted out.
The above have been shared to Hyundai Motor India Service person Mr Jitender Chauhan over phone day one but he is taking full support to Lamba Hyundai Person.
Mr Jitender Chauhan had called me when I faced this problem day one.
But today I called him. He is not trying to sort out my issue by trying to save Lamba Hyundai.
Mr Jitender said we have to handle and serve ** nos vehicles per day and no one complaint.
If you handle ** nos per day, why are you not sorting my issue last one year.
This type is a virus for the company and for customers also.
Has anyone in Hyundai Motor India Limited sorted out my problem?
If not please reply you will not resolve my issue, then I will sort my issue another way.
Insurance Issues - I have renewed my insurance from Lamba Hyundai. They provide my paper when I enquire. The Lamba Insurance person does not pick up the phone after renewal.
Lamba:
Customer Service - * out of **
Workshop Service - *.* out **
Sales Service - Fraud not rate for them because they are cheating
Insurance Service - *.* out **
Hyundai Service:
Overall, very bad relationship with Service Person Mr Jitender Chauhan.
