Hyundai Motor India Limited - Refund amount not issued since 2 years

We made a booking with Ritu Hyundai having showroom at ***, Gove, Near Kongaon Toll Naka, Kalyan Bhiwandi Road, Kalyan– *** *** on May **, **** with the order number W****-**********. But we decided not to buy the car from the showroom and applied for cancellation of refund on September **, ****. It has been more than ** Months since we last applied for cancellation and even after multiple requests through the customer care there has still been no development in our request. It is my humble request to the concerned authority to kindly look into the matter and help us recover the amount as soon as possible.
