Hyundai Motor India Limited - Non availability of service vehicle for the last 15 days

My car has been sent to tirupati motors kanpur for repairs. It has been almost ** days & it will take another ** days.tirupati motors is no providing me with a service vehicle in the mean time to which I have a right had been assured at the time of sale.mr. nikhil at tirupati says that the co has given only one vehicle for servicing all the clients in kanpur to them..why are the clients not given service vehicles & who is responsible for this fiasco
My car no is UP ** FE **** creta black colour & is lying at ur chakarpur service station of tirupati hyundai
The car was sent on **th June ****
