I took the product from Byjus. As per Company policy, I have sent mail to return the product within ** days and also called on their registered number. Byjus has deducted the *st EMI even after the request for return of the Product was requested. There is no confirmation and intimation from them on stopping the future EMIs. On calling the helpline number, the call is never connected with the refund team and the marketing executives have no feedback. The sales person who sold the product to us is not picking the calls either.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
