Lack of response to product issue concerns since May *st despite repeated callbacks.
No acknowledgment via Voice of Customer (VOC) platform.
Misleading labelling of panel fault as a feature, dismissed as Moiré effect.
Brochures don't mention fault as a feature, technician confirms manipulation of info.
Immense emotional distress due to lack of accountability and transparency.
Countless hours spent contacting customer care with no response.
Exploring legal recourse for inadequate issue handling.
Customer care contact has not viewed the video of the defective panel, providing uninformed responses.
Lacks understanding of Moiré effect, inaccurately explaining it.
All calls recorded and kept as evidence for future reference.
Can share all the recordings if need be. Have them stored in my phone.
Samsung proofs - I have added the recordings and videos in this drive link that should be accessible.
As per the last call, they have now refused to acknowledge that there are any white patches at all, which has finally pushed me over to get legal help. Please help me with the best of your knowledge.
