I have subscribed for NABARD and RBI course on **th July ** and since then, i am trying to get my live classes to get start, but all in vain. There are no live classes except Mains preparation and the course is not as per expectation or the way it was promised.
I have contacted support@byjusexamprep.com and other help sources but there is no response or support at all (except the counselor Ms. Nidhi). I have requested for REFUND on **th July, which is unanswered so far, i have also approached grievance Cell, but there is no response. They have wasted my precious time and are not refunding. Below are the details
