Make my trip - Refund Amount reversal

I Booked a hotel with basic service included heater, which was not provided after conversation with MMT reprentative i was asked to paid and they promise it will be refunded
but after multiple follow ups /email and call no proper response was recieved
Invoice for booking including service, mail mentioning and confirming telephonic conversation with MMT and inovice of additonal paid is attached
I want resolution to fix such issue where included service was not provided, even after paying extra amount is not adjusted and still pending refunds ,false claims and fraud done
