My flight was cancelled due to covid ** which I was booked for **th march ****. I received massage related this on *th December that my ticket cancelled and refund is processed in my make my trips cash credit corner.i raised request for refund my money back in my bank account on *th of December ****. I received mail by MMT that refund is. Processed and amount will be reflect in account between **-**th of December ****. Today its **th December **** and I didn't received my money back in my account. I tried several times to contact them but it was useless there is no proper channel to contact them, every time I'm trying to call or sending msg only getting automated reply that chek my trip section. And there u can do nothing. Now I'm really frustrated don't know what to do. But I'm never going to use MMT again very Very poor service.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
