Adidas India Private Limited - Refund Amount Not Recieved

I ordered a product of L size and it was delivered of Over Size.Order Id AIN******** Return was made on **th Nov and as it was cash on delivery so refund initiation should have been done by Adidas. But except one mail om **Nov for credit Note till date i have not got my amount back. I am trying to reach customer care by number and by mail but all in Vain. No response from any mode. PLEASE get it resolved ASAP.
