Orange Tours and Travels - Refund amount not issued

On **rd August ****, I booked two bus tickets from pune to Hyderabad on orange tours and travels via paytm with a total fare of **** rupees. The bus arrived late and after traveling for one hour or so the bus went breakdown and we got a message that it takes * hours to repair. It was about *:** am and it was raining. The driver told us to contact orange tours and travels. We tried to contact orange tours and travels but they didn't respond. After a long time, another bus came and we shifted to that bus which costed us **** rupees(**** per head). The next day orange tours and travels called us and told us they will provide a complete refund and apologized for their inconvenience. After three days, *** rupees was refunded (*** discount was deducted by paytm) which means they sent us **** rupees as a refund. But we need to get complete refund of **** rupees or the extra amount we paid for another bus when we shifted which is ****. We contacted orange tours and travels again many times but they didn't respond.
