My PNR-DIGEVP, refund amount not recieved. I cancelled my ticket on **th january **** and the indigo airline refunded the entire amount to ease my trip onthe same day as cancellation...I kept calling ease my trip every other day after my cancellation, the keep asking me to wait for more time. Its more than a month to when i reported my issue to ease my trip...And they do not have any answers till date!!i shared my bank statements too and all the have to say is wait! The amount is not yet credited to my account!
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
