Hi Team,
I have booked a flight from MakeMyTrip "BOOKING ID -NN*************" round trip from Bangalore to Gernamy (**th Marc **** & return on **th March ****.
Due to Covid-** Indian govt. has banned all the flights from & to Germany from **th March. MakeMyTrip has charged **k cancellation fee for this ticket (which is normal day charges). MakeMyTrip has not applied Covid-** weaver as this cancellation was done due to restriction because of Covid-**.
Another point, MakeMyTrip has refund the amount in MakeMyTrip wallet instead of refunding in credit card as per the rules. MakeMyTrip is holding customers money and enforcing them to use services even if user doesn't want to use MakeMyTrip.
Customer can't use other companies' services as money has been blocked by MakeMyTrip.
