Easemytrip.com - Refund amount for cancellation of flight tickets not returned back to customer from easemytrip onlin

I have booked a flight by Indigo airlines from Patna to Hyderabad and return ticket from Hyderabad to Patna via easemytrip.com. Due to cancellation of flight, Airline offered to cancel tickets with full refund option. I chose to cancel both tickets. Even after passing of ** days, full refund was not credited in my account. After enquiry with airlines, they informed that processing of refunded is completed from their end and is pending with easemytrip. After contacting easemytrip on mail, they told that refund is processed from their end after deducting cancellation charges but when they reminded about full refund from airlines,theyare behaving as deaf and not even replying to mail. It seems a fraud company. My ticket booking ID are EMT******** and EMT********.
