Hi,
I ordered Samsung book * laptop and it has delivered on **th September through flipkart, and within * week display stopped working
I confirmed it for * days and finally raised complaint on *th October
On **th October i have visited Kanjurmarg
service center and the technician confirmed the issue and i have provided invoice, cancelled cheque for refund purpose
Post that i did follow up with him for * week, and technician suggested that cash refund would take some time since it required lots of approvals, and suggested to call him on weekly basis instead of daily
Now on **th i called Mr Devendra regarding refund status, he said Samsung voucher has issued to me instead of cash refund, and i denied that since it will restrict my purchase capability also its a loss for me at since its discounted amount im receiving which was available on flipkart at that time, now same laptop costs around *****rs and original product is around ***** which is not reasonable option for me to chose
I am very disappointed in this situation and spoke the same with Customer care that i want only cash refund
And im forced to get that ***** Samsung coupan,
its been month and Samsung is delaying the refund process also not giving timelines for cash refund process

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
