Byjus is only supporting you till the time of payment. I paid the amount of Rs.***** to Byjus but when I want to cancel the Byjus course because of their bad services and the fake promises which they did at the time of taking the subscription, but now they are not supporting me for the refund and cancellation process.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
