This is with reference to the SO-**************** Dated **th Feb’**. Student Name- Aadarsh Pal father’s Name- Anil Kumar. There is lot of issue in compare to the discussed during the meeting. Request you to, Please cancel the order and refund Rs.**,***/- (Seventy Two Thousand Only) as early as possible. Followings are my concern to cancellation-
*. At the time of meeting it was told that one dedicated teacher for Aadarsh Pal but actual are difference there is two students under one teacher in same time and may be more in future, there is clarity.
*. It was told in meeting that * classes in a week for Math, English & EVS but in actual there is two classes only in a weak which for match only.
*. It was told that will provide coarse material in form of offline and online for my second baby also but in actual there is nothing happened till now.
*. It was told that there is no internet required but in actual there is internet required for classes and consumption is very high around *.* GB per hour.
*. There is no replacement of damage material which is damaged during delivery a video of damage material already shared with Mr. Shahnwaz Khan Employee ID. TNL******** Mobile No. **********. He assured me that you will get replacement soon but when we checked with mentor there is no request raised for replacement.
Apart from above a meeting was done by Ms. Naina Srivatav on dated **th April,** and promised that will refund **,***/- (as changed earlier plan) but till now I got only Rs.**,***/- Mr. Naina and Mr. Khan both are not picking call. Now I am planning to consumer court. From yesterday class two videos are blocked. I was trying to cancel the order since **th March’** but my no. has been blocked by Byjus. All these query already shared with Mr. Shahnwaz and Mr. Naina but they are not responding anything.
As per my understanding every one doing only fraud in Byjus.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
