Reference No. ***************** : NF************** I booked my flight Pat/del on ** May on Indigo (the airline refunded money to my wallet and I used it) and return on * June on Air India. Air India has refunded Rs **** to my MMT wallet but MMT replied that it will take * to * months to reflect in their wallet! I also paid Zero Cancellaton charges of Rs **** to MMT for this trip. Initially they said that this amount will be added to my MMT wallet but now they are not commenting on it. Ideally after paying g this charge they should have refunded the entire amount to my bank instead of wallet.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
