I had registered a complaint for repair of my refrigerator on **rd August and was told it will be serviced no sooner than *rd September. I have made multiple complaints to the service head and the CEO desk and have received no response that is satisfactory or speeds up the process. Today I was promised by the service head that the repair will happen and the Team lead Noida denied this and my refrigerator is still not repaired. I am tired of following up, receiving rude responses and getting no service.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
