I have brought the Samsung refrigerator on ** Jan **** after * year lower part cooling problem occur. I have requested for service request to the Samsung service centre. They are changing all parts of the fridge one by one and charging the amount. Till now they are unable to find problem in the fridge. They are doing experiments by changing parts one by one and give fake promises that the fridge will work. But from last * months it doest work. So I request to Samsung refrigerator to Replace my Fridge.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
