Last year I got my fridge checked and corrected by a samsung techie who did not check the leakage and just filled in the gas.
This year again the same thing happened and I was told that theres a leakage in the compressor by the techie.
Now ,when I want to get the fridge replaced under ** year warranty of digital invertor compressor,I am being harrassed by your team by repeating illogical statements on phone which they cant even write on mails.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
