Budget Air - Redund not processer

Hello Team,

I would like to raise a concern on refund status on my ticker number (Turkish Airline) *************.
I had booked the ticket via BudgetAir on ** Aug ****. From Zurich to Mumbai (via Istanbul)
I received the communication through the airline that my flight is cancelled on ** August ****.
On the same day **th Aug ****, I requested cancellation of my ticket on BudgetAir.
Budget Air sent an acknowledgement on the cancellation and informed me that refund will be processed immediately once BudgetAir receives the refund from the Turkish Airlines.
On * Sept ****, I called the Turkish airline helpline and they mentioned that the refund had been processed and the amount had been refunded to BudgetAir.

Now the budgetair is denying that they have not received and refund from airline and asking to wait further ** day to ** days.
