I booked a bus travel in redbus from Thanjavur to pondicherry on **th January ****, My drop location is Pondicherry, But the bus driver didnt drop me in the exact location and was driving ** kms more from my location. once I asked the driver, He dropped me somewhere far from my location at mid night * am. I could not get any transport from the location to my place. They made me worried at that midnight. i want proper compensation for my inconvenience.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
