Redbus - RedBus not providing Refund

In the morning bus driver told me bus will come at boarding point around *.**-*.** and after they informed me it’s coming around * and they will not wait if you are late and come to the next stop as it is impossible.I was only * minutes late to the boarding point, and the bus left without waiting even briefly. I was then asked to come to the next stop, but they were not willing to wait there either. The staff was also very rude, Because of their poor coordination, I was unable to board the bus at all.This was completely unfair, and I want a full refund for this trip.
