Uday filed complaint against Redbus on Nov 4, 2018
I tried to book * tickets from Mumbai to Aurangabad .Both the times money was deducted and ticket was not provided to me.when I contacted my bank customer service they told that money is deposited in the account of Redbus.while redbus haven't given me any ticket or refund for that same.Their customer service also didn't provide me any details.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
