As per the talk with the d*h executive who informed me that I can continue with my old plan and told me to recharge with amount rs. protected. I recharged my d*h account on February protected. Still, services are not resumed. It is showing insufficient balance message on each channel. However, the amount is being debited from my account every day. I connected to customer care several times but was able to get through only once where the lady executive with absolutely no knowledge told me that there could be the issue with my set up box for which I will be charged protected for the service which is utter nonsense as I am able to view all d*h home channels. D*H is now come up with a new idea of looting the customers. I am not going to pay a single penny kindly get the services active immediately. Also, redeem my account protected. I had tried calling on number protected several times where I get the reply that my services will resume within protected minutes. But still, services are not resumed. Each time it is showing insufficient balance message. I sent an email to the customer care at customercare@d*h.com but they also replied the same steps which I had already tried a hundred times. The sender who replied me is whom KYC as mentioned in the email. I tried calling Dhananjay Kangutkar on number protected but the number does not exist. This is how d*h is cheating with the customer by providing wrong information on the site. TRAI should take action against such providers who are looting customer money without providing any services. I request all the customers never go for d*h. I am now planning to deactivate the service and will go for other service providers.
