Videcon D2H - Recharged not done

I have given setup box complaint for not working properly. So, they send engineer to and he said we will change setup box for that purpose he has charged Rs ***. I asked him that I will recharge but he insist to pay in cash and I will recharge but he did not recharged also they have deducted from my recharged I made * complaints against this no reply and when I called customer care they said complaint is being resolve and closed. I spoken with supervisor he also given complaint number but till date they have not solve my complaint. I have recharged again and again and their customer care executive don't response properly.
