Rajesh Kumar Modi filed complaint against Videocon D2h on Jul 13, 2019
I have a recharge of Rs. **** on dated **.**.**** for Videcon D*H customer ID No. ******** in name of Rajesh Modi. As per company policy if you recharge for month ** you will get the benefit for one month recharge. My pack is of Rs. ***. So my total amount should be Rs. **** but they give the benefit of ** days only after recharge of Rs **** (****+***+**). They say that you have recharge one time only.
I am a customer of videocon D*H for last * year and I had long term recharge. I had paid amount same in three to four instalment on the same day and there is not in any written policy on their site or anywhere else. Further if any change in company policy then they should intimate us and further two days ago. I also talk to a company employee and they do not tell me that I have recharge in one time.
Further today I talk to company employee Mr Deepk Khadek at Baroda Post Senior Supervisor and he rudely deals with us and says you don't have any form where you write any complain and what I told you is final and you will not get any more benefit, you can go anywhere.
So I request you please justice with us, not for the monetary loss but the way company senior executive talk with us that you can do anything you can. Please do justice.
