It is happening since long. Customer care of Videocon D*H are always annoying me. They looted me several times. I have done my tv recharge but they have not updated it in their system. Their customer support number will hit only after **-** attemps after that they said our server is down/ our application is down and call after * hour. My issue is not resolved. I want my money back. Please help.
