Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that today I call several time to customer care but they are not able to tell me
the exact recharge amount. In this regard I also want to tell you that in last month they add HD
channels in my account without my knowledge. So today I modify my account, after modification my amount
shows ***/ Rs. per connection but customer care people tell me to recharge with ***/. So I want to know
my one month recharge amount. I have *+* connection of d*h. Hope you will take this matter and resolve
it shortly.
