Respected sir
I had ordered sony wi **** xm* costing ***** and my order got delivered on ** September ****, but i had received empty box and the contacted to customer care Amazon, they said investigation will take * day so please contact on * nd October
So when i contacted on * nd October they are telling that product is delivered properly so they won't provide replacement or refund
So please help out on this and provide my refund
