Ankur Som filed complaint against Realme on Sep 7, 2021
I have placed the order for realme narzo ** smartphone with order number ****************** on *. SEP. ****. I got my parcel today **.Sep.****. I was excited to have purchased it but very disappointed to found a defective product.
The issue with the phone is that I am unable to start it even after putting the phone on charging. It is dead and unusable for me. I’m sure this is a manufacturing flaw and I am entitled to get a new phone as a replacement according to the warranty policy.
I was hoping that they will agree to replace it with a new one immediately. Otherwise, I would like a full refund my money. But they did not give positive response.
I called and mailed to customer care and trying to reach to talk with seniors but they give new new excuses to me and they are doing mentally harrash me and they are not doing proper guidance infect *-** days is replaceable the product if you found default product.
they misbehave with me and did not give any proper solution i am going door to door for no reason as they guide me but no response. Please help me out.
