I purchased SAMSUNG S ** FE on *rd march **** from Reliance retail limited outlet of Moradabad Uttar Pradesh ****** CIN NO. U*****MH****PLC****** the phone is defective . Green lines are showing while playing and video on Youtube. Now the sales personnel is not ready to refund or exchange the same . I went on store on *th march **** and they totally denied for refund . At the time of sale they say if there is any issue they will exchange the product and now they refused to do so and transfer the whole burden on us. We don't get any satisfactory reply from them.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
