Paytm Mall - Received damage oversized shoes from paytmnow not returning

On *th Of Jan**** I have ordered Nike shoes pricing-****.
I got the delivery by *th Jan-****, but the product was not with original packing and with corrosive stapler.
When checked the product found some corrosive spot on white sole also it was oversized.
So immediately went for the return, now paytm mall started their game.
->until **th Jan no response from paytm team, So I sent a reminder mail.
->On **th Jan they replied with some query-they asked all the product photos and some other details.
->On **th Jan I replied but due to paytm glitch I can shared only * photo with some clarification comment, at the same time sent *nd mail with other photos.
->On **st Jan they asked some more details & I provided the same with some comment on **nd Jan.
->On **nd Jan I got call they asked the issue and some more photos and I provided the same.
->On **th Jan again they had some query(ID, poly bag Luckily I had).
On **th Jan again I got call and asked some UPC code and order ID and I had shared the same through mail(since paytm had some glitch so they sent a mail by asking the same thing & I replied on that mail)
On **th Jan they replied since they have not received any response so they are closing the case.
On **th Jan received the same query.
On **th Jan I replied with shared details(screen shot) based on last mail request.
On **st Jan they replied that they will Investigate again.
On *th Feb-**** again I asked the status as no response after that.
Now on paytm app shows return request cancelled and sent a mail for the same.
Now what will I do with forcibly provided shoe .
